1. Website Use and Security:

You are entirely responsible for any and all activities at Beautimio.com website. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or any other breach of security that occur under your account 

2. Pricing information:

All prices include VAT at 23% unless shown otherwise. All prices are exclusive of any other sales tax or duty that may be applicable which will be payable in addition to the price unless otherwise stated. Carriage rates are excluded and subject to change without prior notification. We reserve the right to change prices due to any change in any sales related tax or duties, and or any omission or error on the websites price list or your order. All prices are correct at the time of going to press.   


All deliveries are done by Fastway couriers and AnPost via economic / unregistered post unless otherwise stated.

Delivery costs:

  • Delivery cost will depend on number of items /weight
  • Delivery cost in Republic of Ireland is a set rate of €7
  • Delivery cost to UK and Europe is €10 ( AnPost standard unregistered)
  • Delivery in Republic of Ireland for orders over €50 is free  
  • EU countries via DHL up to 3kg (trackable postage) €19.50

Time of delivery is an estimate only. It will usually take approximately 2 to 3 working days in ROI, 2 to 3 days in Northern Ireland and 5 to 10 working days for Europe.
The quantity of Goods as recorded by us upon dispatch from our place of business will be conclusive evidence of the quantity received by you on delivery unless you provide by indicating it on delivery docket that quantity of goods delivered was different.
We will not be liable for any non-delivery of Goods (even if caused by our negligence) unless you inform us in writing within 10 days of the date when the Goods would in the ordinary course of events have been received.
Our liability for non-delivery of the Goods will be limited to replacing the Goods within a reasonable time, issuing a credit note against any invoice raised for such Goods or a refund of the purchase price paid - this will only be valid if customer request to deliver via registered post.
We may deliver the Goods by installments in any sequence. Where the Goods are delivered by installments, no default or failure by us in respect of any one or more installments will vitiate the Contract in respect of the Goods previously delivered or undelivered Goods.
If you fail to take delivery of the Goods at the time agreed for delivery then we will be entitled to cancel or suspend such delivery and all other outstanding deliveries and to charge you for the loss suffered.
Novea Distribution will not be responsible for any losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer due to a delay in supplying or not supply ordered products. At the time of delivery of the order, the customer is required to sign for the delivery of the products. After the customer has signed-off for the order, the contents of the order become the sole responsibility of the customer.  

4. Product Information:

We reserves the right to deliver Goods of a different design provided that any difference does not make the Goods unsuitable for any purpose you have made known to us.
Descriptions of goods are approximate unless specifically stated otherwise.
You will not remove, alter, deface, obfuscate or tamper with any of the trade marks, names or numbers affixed to or marked on the Goods nor allow anyone else to do so.     

5. Returns/Refund policy:

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product up to 7 days after your order has been delivered. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost).
If a Product is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will organise a replacement or refund. Any claim cannot be entertained once the order has been signed for, any damage must be specified on the delivery docket and the parcel must be refused.

If the goods you have received are faulty, please return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will issue a refund for the item provided that the items are in a fully resalable condition. This means that they must be returned in their unmarked original packaging and must be fully resalable.
In any case where we have dispatched an incorrect item or you have ordered an incorrect item we will, where applicable, dispatch a replacement item. In this instance you will be billed for the Item and a refund will be issued for the incorrect item once it is returned to us as described above. We will not refund the cost of returning the product to us. Please note that products like foundation, mascara, eyeshadow or pressed powders cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. 

Please note that we will not accept any returns back after 7 days.

Before returning anything to us you must get a returns authorisation number from us, Please log into your account and request an authorisation number, please note that anything returned without this number will not be refunded.  

Please see below details of returns / exchange:

Correct item supplied:
If we have correctly supplied the product as ordered then we will reimburse the product cost minus a handling charge of 15% of the order value. Please note that you will also be responsible for the return carriage charges.

Incomplete/damaged or incorrect item:
If the goods are delivered incomplete, have been damaged in transit or have been incorrectly supplied, we reserve the right to replace the product. Please note that no claim can be entertained once the order has been signed for, any damaged must be noted on the delivery docket and the parcel must be refused. We are unable to accept responsibility for damage to goods beyond these periods. If you require a refund, we will reimburse the product costs minus a handling charge of 15% of the order value. Please note that you will also be responsible for the return carriage charges.

Damaged items:
Before exchanging goods we reserve the right to check items thought to be damaged. Payment will be required for any new item sent out before return of “damaged” item. If items are returned and found not to be damaged they will be returned to the customer or a credit note issued to the value of the goods less a 15% administration charge.

Product exchanges:
If you wish to return a product for exchange then we reserve the right to deduct our initial shipping fee. (I.e. the shipping fee that we have incurred in shipping the first product to you) and a 15% re-stocking charge. Goods returned outside of the 7 day cancellation period will either be exchanged for other goods or a credit note issued. Cosmetics that that have been opened and used will not be accepted back for credit or exchange. (The handling charge is to offset the costs incurred by ourselves in processing and shipping your order as requested)

Return of goods outside of the 7 days cancellation period:
For all items returned outside of this period, subject to the items being returned unused and in their original packaging in a resalable condition, we will issue a credit note to the value of the goods less a 15% re-stocking fee.

If you wish to return any item then please follow these basic steps:
(a) Contact us on info@paese.ie to request a *Returns Number and address where goods need to be returned
(b) Attach a copy of the delivery note or invoice as proof of purchase and mark the package clearly with the *Returns Number.
(*) Returns Number - This number helps us to deal quickly and efficiently with your return. Please note that if this number is not clearly marked on the returned item then this may cause delays.

We can only refund if goods are returned unused and in the original, unaltered packaging and resalable condition. Your statutory rights are not affected.  

6. Privacy and Data Use:

Personal details are held confidentially. Please note that we never divulge personal details to any third party and any information supplied is used solely for the purpose of processing your order or sending you regular email bulletins (If requested). If you decide that you would like to leave our mailing list, please email us on info@beautimio.com and we will remove all of your details.  


To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use the Website, any changes to the Website, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received or for any of the above mentioned damages that result from the use or inability to use the Products. In no circumstances shall our liability and that of our suppliers to you and/or any third parties for any of the above exceed €200.


You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your usage, including the content of your transmissions through the Website. All information, designs, drawings and other specifications provided on the Website are the exclusive property of ExPro Distribution. Any copying, transmission or re-transmission of the same requires the prior written approval of ExPro Distribution.

9. LAW

The terms of use shall be governed by and construed fully in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ireland. If any provision(s) of the terms of use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of obligations under these terms and conditions which is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to any force majeure incident. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms of use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. The section titles in the terms of use are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance.
